Dr. Anthony V. Perry and Associates is your neighborhood eye doctor located at 2145 Nashville Pike. Your Gallatin eyecare center offers genuine eye care where your eye health and wellness is our primary focus. Annual eye exams are a recommended cornerstone for ensuring the health of your eyes. In addition to checking for changes in your vision and updating your prescription, we will also look at your overall eye health, internally and externally. Prevention and early detection are keys to maintaining healthy eyes, as some eye health issues have no immediate symptoms but can still cause damage if left untreated. That’s why regular check-ups are critical.

    Once finishing his degree he moved back to the Clarksville area and worked at LensCrafters until acquiring a Pearle Vision in 2013. He is an active member in OneSight, having served on mission trips to Thailand and Mexico while also serving his local community as well through the OneSight program.

    Education: Dr. Anthony Perry graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2006 with a degree in Agricultural Science. He then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the Southern College of Optometry in 2011.

  • Dr. Kenzie Carr

    Dr. Kenzie Carr was born & raised in Orlando, Florida. After receiving her Doctorate of Optometry, she moved to Nashville. Dr. Carr is experienced in managing ocular diseases and conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. She has a passion for listening to patients and has a special interest in dry eye management and specialty contact lens fitting. When Dr. Carr isn?t in the office, you can find her cooking new recipes or hiking with her husband and their dog, Marlowe.

    Education: She attended the University of Central Florida earning a bachelor?s degree in Biomedical Sciences. She then received her Doctorate of Optometry at Indiana University School of Optometry.
